how do i place an order?

Click on “Order Request” and fill out the cookie form. I will get back to you within a week to let you know if I’m available to take your order! Please note blocked out times which will be listed.

where are you located?

I am located in Maumee, Ohio, and am a home-based bakery that operates under the Ohio Cottage Food Law.

can you ship?

Unfortunately, due to the Ohio Cottage Food Law, I am unable to ship.

is there a minimum order amount?

There is a minimum one and a half dozen requirement.

what do I need to know about pricing & payment?

I can take payment through PayPal, Venmo, check or cash. For large (3+ dozen) orders or for first time buyers, I require a $20 refundable deposit. I accept cancellations up to 14 days before the pick-up date, and if cancelled in time, I will refund the deposit. Check out the pricing page for full details.

How far ahead do i need to order?

I usually only book a month out, so please let me know about 4-6 weeks ahead to ensure adequate planning for your cookies. Please go to the “Order Request” page to see blocked off dates. I rarely am able to accommodate short notice requests.

When are you open for orders?

I can take custom orders September-May. Please note on my calendar blocked out weeks due to holiday orders or unavailable weeks. I will close June-August due to my kids being home for summer break. However, my cookies do freeze well if you’d like to place an advance order.

How are cookies packaged, & how long do they last?

Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in a clear bag, and all put in a white bakery box. Heat sealed cookies last up to 1 ½ weeks at room temperature, or up to 6 months in the freezer.

Do you make gluten/allergen free cookies?

I currently do not offer gluten/allergen free cookies. My recipe does not contain any nut ingredients, however the cookies are not made in a nut/gluten free kitchen. Your cookie box will provide an ingredient label.
